Daniel J. McCrorie
Daniel J. McCrorie is an experienced trial attorney, licensed to practice in both North Carolina State and Federal Courts. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brunswick, Columbus, and Bladen Counties, North Carolina, where he prosecuted violent felonies and oversaw a broad caseload of serious criminal matters. With hundreds of trials under his belt, including both felony jury trials and misdemeanor bench trials, Daniel has developed a reputation for skilled advocacy, tough negotiating, and effective courtroom strategy.
A native of Raleigh, NC, Daniel first moved to Wilmington to attend UNC Wilmington. After graduation, he attended UNC Law where he focused on trial advocacy and learning how to help people during the toughest times in their lives. During law school, Daniel returned to Wilmington to intern for a Federal Judge and later to work at the District Attorney’s office, where he eventually joined as a prosecutor. With connections around the region, Daniel enjoys traveling the state to represent his clients.

Anna Bresnahan is a dedicated Paralegal with a strong background in criminal law, legal procedure, and client service. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with minors in Pre-Law and Criminology. Anna began her legal career as a Legal Intern, gaining hands-on experience attending court proceedings, assisting with case preparation, and conducting legal research. She later served as a Legal Secretary and Receptionist before advancing to a Legal Assistant role, where she supported attorneys in criminal matters, civil litigation, and other areas of law. Now serving as a Paralegal, Anna brings her experience, attention to detail, and commitment to client service to the firm’s personal injury and criminal defense practice. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and organized support to clients while helping ensure each matter is handled efficiently and professionally.
Daschel Padilla
My name is Daschel Padilla. I was born and raised in Maryland and moved to North Carolina in 2019. My parents are originally from Honduras, and I grew up speaking both English and Spanish. I have worked in the legal field since 2022, gaining experience as a legal assistant. My career has been focused on personal injury and criminal defense. My experience includes working directly with clients, managing case files, preparing legal documents, assisting attorneys with filings, and providing Spanish-English translation. I enjoy helping others and ensuring clients feel heard and supported throughout the legal process. Outside of work, I love going to the beach, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and being creative.
