Biography

Daniel J. McCrorie is an experienced trial attorney, licensed to practice in both North Carolina State and Federal Courts. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brunswick, Columbus, and Bladen Counties, North Carolina, where he prosecuted violent felonies and oversaw a broad caseload of serious criminal matters. With hundreds of trials under his belt, including both felony jury trials and misdemeanor bench trials, Daniel has developed a reputation for skilled advocacy, tough negotiating, and effective courtroom strategy.


A native of Raleigh, NC, Daniel first moved to Wilmington to attend UNC – Wilmington. After graduation, he returned each summer during law school. First as an intern to a Federal Judge and later to work at the District Attorney’s office, where he eventually joined as a prosecutor. With connections around the region, Daniel enjoys traveling the state to represent his clients.
